Huge congratulations to Cole Mengwasser on his May 2026 graduation from University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering! Cole joined GER in February 2021, as a CAD Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and Associates in Drafting. Cole began work on achieving his Civil Engineering degree while working full-time for GER, all while balancing his personal life and being an assistant coach for girl’s and boy’s soccer teams.
Cole has taken his Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) test and is awaiting the official notification of his passing grade, another step closer to professional licensure. Cole’s dedication and commitment paid off! Great job, Cole!
