GER would like to express our sincere appreciation to our two summer interns in our Jefferson City office – Abigail Griffin and Zachary Johnson. Their internship was a win-win for GER as well as for both interns! The interns received mentorship and insight into the future uses of their planned fields of study and GER received excellent assistance on projects as well as new ideas and knowledge.
Abigail Griffin interned in the Jefferson City Office and will return to Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla MO, expecting to graduate in May 2026 with a degree in Environmental Engineering. Abigail assisted our staff with specification review, GPS data for site assessment reports, drafting reports, regulation review for wastewater treatment systems, and many other tasks.
Zach Johnson interned in the Jefferson City Office and has returned to State Technical College of Missouri, Linn MO for Drafting and Design Engineering Technology, expecting to graduate in May 2026 with an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology. Over the summer, Zach worked with our drafting team to edit and produce plans and drawings for groundwater piping, site location plans, gas well structure, rock contours and exploration plans, as well as many miscellaneous duties.
Both Abigail and Zach were eager to learn new skills and accept tasks. GER wishes them both the best in their continued education!!
