Now that winter conditions of snow and ice have cleared, Career Fairs have taken place. GER attended area Career Fairs this year at Missouri Science & Technology (MS&T), University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) and State Tech College of Missouri (STC). These area colleges provide employers with well educated and motivated future employees. GER encourages students to learn more about the engineering field, our company and ways to reach their goals of becoming a professional leader in their field.
MS&T Career Fair was rescheduled and held on February 25, 2025. Tom Gredell, GER Principal Engineer, and Jacob Fitzpatrick, Engineer Intern, met with many students in the engineering and geologic fields.
Mizzou Career Fair was held on February 28, 2025. Bruce Dawson, Principal Geotechnical Engineer, and Tristanna Crapo, Environmental Geologist, attended and spoke to students about our company and the engineering field.
STC Career Fair was rescheduled and held on March 4, 2025. Cole Mengwasser, GER Lead CAD Technician, met many energetic students taking courses in Civil Engineering Drafting and Design, to encourage their growth and professional career.
