Thank You Summer Interns
GREDELL Engineering Resources, Inc. (GER) would like to express our sincere appreciation to our two summer interns in our Jefferson City office – Gabe Abbott and Ashden Cason. Their internship was a win-win for GER as well as for both interns! The interns received mentorship and insight into the future uses of their planned fields of study and we received excellent assistance on projects as well as new ideas and knowledge. New skills were shared and learned, while their knowledge was broadened!
Gabriel “Gabe” Abbott interned in the Jefferson City Office and has returned to University of Missouri – Columbia, as a junior, majoring in Civil Engineering. Over the summer, Gabe helped conduct a Phase 1 ESA survey, participated in pre-construction meetings for ash ponds and NPDES, and verified quantity and load calculations. He assisted on projects involving environmental site assessment reports, geotechnical investigations and wastewater treatment systems. Gabe was instrumental in the completion of recording historical company files and purging old records.
Ashden Cason was an intern in our Jefferson City Office and has returned to Missouri State University to continue his pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the course of his internship, Ashden assisted with calculations and cost estimates for wastewater and solid waste projects. Ashden was instrumental in the completion of recording historical company files and purging old records.
